Delivery Information

Whilst we endeavour to dispatch orders received by midday for next day delivery the current driver shortage means a higher proportion of parcels are taking longer to arrive at their destination. For the majority of orders within the UK, we will ship your order by DHL 24hr courier service, but for some destinations we use 48hr (2 day) service. Contact us if your order is urgent and we can advise whether we can dispatch within your timescales. If your order does not arrive within the specified timeframe, contact us immediately and we will chase the courier on your behalf. Please note we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries if we are unaware of them.

A fixed postage rate of, currently £10.00+VAT, is charged for delivery within most areas of the UK, irrespective of the size of the order.

For the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle Of Wight, rates are currently £15.00.
